Justice, M.D.
Dr. David Justice
joined SFHC’s staff in 2007 and serves as SFHC’s staff Psychiatrist.
Dr. Justice is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Fellow of the
American Psychiatric Association. A native of California, he
received his doctorate of medicine from the University of South
Carolina, School of Medicine. Dr. Justice completed his
residency at the William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute in Columbia.
Dr. Justice has worked previously in private practice, as Medical
Director for the Critical Incident Recovery Team at the Department
of Veteran’s Affairs in Columbia, and as the Chief of Psychiatric
Services for the Santee Wateree Mental Health Center. Dr.
Justice and his wife reside in Sumter.
Norlica
Washington-Finkley, LISW-CP, Director of Case Management/Supportive
Services
Norlica
Washington-Finkley joined SFHC’s staff in 2001. Norlica is a
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP). A native of Columbia
South Carolina, Norlica received her graduate and undergraduate
degrees at the University of South Carolina, Columbia. She has
twelve years of experience providing counseling services, and
specializes in services for individuals and families experiencing
chronic illnesses, depression, grief and loss issues, and family
mediation. Norlica resides in Columbia with her husband and four
daughters.
Susan
M. Nesbitt, MS, LPC
Susan M. Nesbitt
joined SFHC’s staff in 2007. Susan is a Licensed Professional
Counselor. A native of Sumter, she earned her undergraduate
degree from Columbia College and a Master’s of Science in Applied
Psychology from Francis Marion University. Susan has been trained in
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by the Rational Living Institute,
and uses several approaches to counseling her clients. Susan has
worked school settings, community mental health centers, and has
also been an inpatient hospital therapist to adolescents. She began
her career in counseling in the area of substance abuse prevention
and intervention. Susan resides in Sumter with her husband and
daughter.
