Annie Brown Geddings, MHA, BSN, RN, Executive Director
Annie joined
SFHC’s staff in April of 2000, and served as OB Clinical Coordinator
and Director of Nursing before becoming the Center’s Executive
Director in June of 2003. Prior to her employment with SFHC, Annie
worked as a Registered Nurse in the Newborn/Special Care Nursery at
Tuomey Healthcare System. Born and reared in Sumter, Annie graduated
from Sumter High School in 1994. After receiving her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing degree from the University of SC-Columbia in
1998, Annie went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Health
Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Annie is a
dynamic member of the Sumter community, serving on many non-profit
boards and committees at the local, state, and national level as
well as being an active member of the Sumter Junior Welfare League.
Leslie "Les" Perkins,
COO/PSO
Les joined
SFHC’s staff in January of 2006 and currently serves as the COO/PSO
(Chief Operations Officer / Privacy and Security Officer). Les
graduated from Limestone College with degrees in Computer
Programming and Business Management. Prior to joining SFHC’s staff,
he spent twenty (20) years with the Robert Bosch Corporation,
transitioning through various manufacturing departments until
finally ending up in Quality Management where he finished his career
as a Senior Quality Engineer with emphasis on Supplier Quality
Project management. Les and his wife, Margaret, reside in Sumter and
both have strong family roots in Sumter.
Dr. Russell Brant, MD
Dr. Russell Brant
joined Sumter Family Health Center’s (SFHC’s) staff in 1996 and has
served as SFHC’s Medical Director since 2002. He is Board Certified
in Internal Medicine and received his doctorate of medicine from
Indiana University School of Medicine. Prior to his employment at
SFHC, Dr. Brant was a staff physician at Tuomey Medical Park, and
also worked in Lancaster and Kershaw county. Dr. Brant and his wife
reside in Camden, SC, and have four children and one grandchild.

Debbie
Prescott, CFO
A native of
Sumter, Debbie earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from The
University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to
accepting the position of Chief Financial Officer at SFHC in 2002,
Debbie was employed for twenty-five (25) years at Tuomey Healthcare
System as a Head Nurse, the Director of Case Management and the
Administrative Director of Financial Services. Debbie is the proud
mother of three (3) boys, and resides in Sumter with her family.

Robin Watson, DON
Robin joined SFHC’s staff in February
of 2003, and accepted her current position as Director of Nursing in
March of 2003. Robin received her Associates in Nursing Degree from
Central Carolina Technical College in December of 1993. Robin has
worked at Tuomey Healthcare System as Charge Nurse on the Children’s
Center, as well as the Subacute Floor. She also worked at the Sumter
County Health Department in the Maternity, Family Planning, STD and
TB clinics. Robin resides in Sumter with her husband and three
children.

Margaret "Lisa" McKenzie, DAS
Lisa joined the Center’s staff in 1997 and has
served as the Director of Administrative Services since 2000. A
native of Dillon, South Carolina, Lisa attended Dillon Area
Technical School and received a certificate in Intensified Business
Occupations. Prior to her employment with SFHC, she was an Office
Assistant and Dispatcher for Rural Sanitation Inc. Lisa and her
husband reside in Manning, South Carolina.
Dorcus Singleton,
HR/Benefits Administrator
A native of
Sumter, Dorcus joined SFHC's staff in 1998 as a Medical
Receptionist, and accepted the position as HR/Benefits Administrator
in 2002. Dorcus completed her undergraduate degree in Business
Management from Central Carolina Technical College and her Bachelor
of Science Degree from Limestone College. She has eighteen (18) years of experience working in the
Healthcare field. Dorcus resides in Sumter with her husband and
three (3) boys.
Paula Stover, R.Ph.
Paula joined the Center’s staff as the Director
of Pharmacy in August of 2006. Prior to that time she was Staff
Pharmacist at Tuomey Healthcare Systems for eighteen (18) years.
Paula received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the
University of South Carolina in1988. Paula is an active member of
the Sumter community, and is a proud member of Trinity United
Methodist Church. She resides in Sumter with her two children.
Norlica
Washington-Finkley, LISW-CP, Director of Case Management/Supportive
Services
Norlica Washington-Finkley joined
SFHC’s staff in 2001. Norlica is a Licensed Independent Social
Worker (LISW-CP). A native of Columbia South Carolina, Norlica
received her graduate and undergraduate degrees at the University of
South Carolina, Columbia. She has twelve years of experience
providing counseling services, and specializes in services for
individuals and families experiencing chronic illnesses, depression,
grief and loss issues, and family mediation. Norlica resides in
Columbia with her husband and four daughters.

Holly Chase, Director of Community
Development
Holly joined SFHC’s
staff in January 2009 as the Director of Community Development. A
native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Holly graduated from the
University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a BA in Journalism in
1993. Prior to joining SFHC’s staff, Holly worked as a public
relations specialist at Tuomey Healthcare System. Holly is an active
member of the Sumter community and attends Alice Drive Baptist
Church. She lives in Sumter and is the proud mother of two boys.
